Bookmark - Aliens

Another quick idea so that I had 3 to laminate - these style of bookmarks are lots of fun to do and pretty quick too :) 

I am looking into maybe starting to sell at local craft fairs as well as e-bay. No idea if it'll work out but it'll be an adventure if nothing else. 

  I'll be working on making a wider variety of items, with this view of craft fair selling,  so some of the images in the near future may be a tad experimental :)

I needed another two bookmarks so that I could laminate the one for our friend ( I laminate them in lots of 3 ) . I had to come up with a couple of quick ideas so here's the first one I came up with :)

These may look a little strange - but my other half asked me to do them :) They're for a mutual friend's birthday.  He's  mad on Lovecraft - especially C'thulu ( who apparently looks like some sort of cross between an octopus and a dragon ) so that's what I was asked to draw.

Our 6 year old apparently likes my "octopus bat" so I hope our friend does too :)

I've been a bit stuck for ideas over the last few days - artist's block I guess, so I just sat myself in front of the TV and doodled. These next few are what I ended up with :)

Another larger ( for me anyways )  image - 6ins x 4 ins again. This one was inspired by a comment I had on my devientart gallery and it was lots of fun to do  :)

Trying something different again :) I guess I have a short attention span lol. Anyways - this time i decided to try working a bit bigger. This one is 6ins x 4ins. Can fit more detail in on this size - though it did take a lot longer to paint so I had to split it over two days. Kind of happy with how it turned out I think, though the knight could probably do with standing out a bit more.
